Registered Support Organizations

Operational guidance for organizations providing statutory support to SSW(i) workers on behalf of accepting employers.

Core responsibilities

A registered support organization implements the outsourced SSW(i) support plan, keeps evidence and shares material information with the accepting organization. The employer remains responsible for employment and residence-related obligations.

A registered support organization is for SSW(i). It is distinct from a supervising support organization under the ESD program.
